Magazine newsstand task (Planning)

In the store I took the pictures there were a lot of magazines. They are placed near the entrance of the shop which attracts the people more. The women's magazines all have pink-girly colours which attracts women more. The same magazines are put in one booth and they are behind each other on the bottom and top shelf, the middle shelves have only magazines next to eachother. This is done so it won't look too crowded and you can have a clear overview over all the magazines with the most popular magazines placed in the front. The magazines placed in front of each other's names are clearly visible and on some magazines you can even see some coverlines. Also there are separate booths placed in front of the shelves in the front and sticked to them for other magazines, which are more eye-catching.

The green box with 'recommended read' is very eye-catching and they advertise this magazine to sell it more.

The TV section's magazines have darker and simpler colours such as black, red and blue. You can recognise what kind of magazines these are as all their names have something to do with TV or Soaps. Also here there is a green box which says it's a recommended read which will attract people more to that magazine.
